From Chat to Support Ticket in One Click

When a visitor needs a person, they create a ticket in one click — with their message and contact details. It lands directly in your helpdesk.

Answer what you can, hand over the rest

Most visitor questions are answered instantly from your knowledge base. But some need a person: a specific case, a complaint, a request that is not in the documents.

Instead of a dead end, the widget offers a direct path to a person. A contact badge opens a short form right inside the chat. The visitor types a message, adds name and email, sends — and a ticket appears in your helpdesk. No email program, no searching for a contact page.

The ticket arrives with context

A hand-off only helps if the agent sees the full picture. So every ticket carries what matters:

  • The visitor's message, plus name and email.
  • Details about the source — which widget, which session.
  • A clear subject, filed in the helpdesk channel you chose.

Your team works it like any other ticket: assign, reply, resolve — with the same helpdesk they already use for email.

You set the rules

The contact form is optional and fully yours to control. Enable it only where it makes sense. Choose the target channel. Write the badge text ("More questions? Contact us") and the thank-you message — in each of your languages. And everything the visitor sent stays in the conversation history, so nothing is lost between chat and ticket.

Frequently asked questions

A contact badge appears after the answers. The visitor taps it, fills in a short form — name, email, message — right inside the chat, and sends it. It becomes a ticket in the helpdesk channel you chose.
The visitor's message, their name and email, plus details about where the request came from. The agent starts with context — not with a cold one-line email.
You choose, per widget. Pick any of your helpdesk channels in the settings. Every ticket from that widget is filed there.
No, it is optional. Turn it on where a human hand-off makes sense. You also set the badge text and the thank-you message yourself — in both languages.
