3. Account Registration

To use the services of Mindmore.ai, users must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to use the services of Mindmore.ai for:

  • Illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Uploading adult content

A violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account without refund.

5. Privacy

6. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and infrastructure provided by Mindmore.ai remain the intellectual property of Bitlink GmbH and/or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without prior written consent.

7. Payment and Billing

Mindmore.ai services are offered under subscription or usage-based billing models. Billing terms are provided during signup. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.99% uptime across all TURN nodes. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bitlink GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or profits
  • Service interruptions
  • Unauthorized access

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Mindmore.ai at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of policy violations or overdue payments. Users may cancel their account at any time via the dashboard.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. All disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karlsruhe, Germany.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
